Rainer Pauly
Rainer serves in the role of managing director at our Warsaw office, where he focuses on placing candidates for C-level positions in Central Europe and at family businesses. He is also involved in projects in Western Europe and the countries of the former Soviet Union.
Before joining DEININGER CONSULTING, Rainer headed a personnel consulting firm in Warsaw focusing on German-speaking medium-sized businesses for 12 years, gaining broad, cross-industry recruitment experience in the process.
His clients appreciate his feel for the working environments in Central and Eastern Europe. One aspect he views as especially important is making sure that local management talent is a good fit in terms of human factors for the corporate cultures involved, which are generally different and geared more toward the West.
