We have a legitimate interest in doing so within the meaning of point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR. Apart from this, we do also process personal data to comply with our legal obligations, of course, as set out in point (c) of Article 6(1) GDPR. REGISTRATION USING THE DESC FORM

When you use the DEININGER DESC form, you transmit personal data to us, for example your last name, first name, phone number or e-mail address. In the course of further contact, you transmit additional documents containing personal data to us electronically, particularly a cover letter, CV, references, evaluations, etc., so that we can establish contact and perform our tasks. By using the DESC form, you agree that this form can be included in the database that we require in order to perform our tasks. This database offers you the opportunity to improve your professional position and help advance your career. ERASURE

We erase personal data as soon as the purpose of storing them, including the consent you have given therefor, no longer applies and we are no longer required to continue to store your personal data by provisions of German or European legislation, such as archiving obligations under commercial or tax law."
