DEININGER CONSULTING was founded in 1981 as a partner-managed personnel consultancy in Frankfurt am Main. With visionary energy and professional expertise, Deininger has developed into an internationally renowned address for executives.

In the mid-1990s, the Eastern European markets and, since 2004, Asia have been successfully developed with our own local offices.

The company is led by a Managing Board consisting of Joy Edwin Thanarajah (Group CEO), Elke Ebeling, Harald R. Fortmann, Christian Göritz and Christoph Hartmann.
