He initially started his career in industry and later became successful as a consultant and interim professional with a focus on pre-merger preparation and post-merger integration projects. In addition to the actual process responsibility, his focus was on personnel and organizational development. This resulted in ambition and passion for executive search processes and personnel consulting.
Before joining DEININGER CONSULTING, Philip was a manager at leading executive search companies in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
