Lodowing Insiun
Lodowing Insiun has held the dual positions of managing director at DEININGER Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and managing partner at DEININGER Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Frankfurt since 2009. Born in Malaysia to an ethnic Chinese-Malaysian family, Lodowing grew up in Germany’s Rhineland region. He now serves our clients in China.
Before joining our team, Lodowing had already worked in management consulting and personnel consulting for medium-sized German companies with factories and sales offices in China and elsewhere in Asia starting in 2002. He managed investment projects and analyzed production sites and supply chains in China.
At the same time, he also focused on local placement of specialists and executives and supported the integration of Asian professionals into European companies based in China.
Qualifications
- Degree of Diplom in area studies with a focus on Southeast Asia
- Studies of business and economics and of sociology, University of Bonn
