Previously, Armagan has been with the German entities of global consulting corporations such as Korn Ferry and Transearch, where he served his clients within various Pan-European industrial sectors as trusted advisor. Most recently for over 3 years as Senior Client Partner with Transearch. Prior to that, for nearly a decade with Korn Ferry, where he was a Client Partner in Executive Search and as Managing Consultant successfully established the German Industrial Practice of Korn Ferry`s Professional Search division. 

With ten years of proven track record as a Principal at Boyden, a global pioneer in Executive Search, he has built trusting relationships with both mid-sized German companies and multinational blue-chip corporations in the industrial space. 

Armagan is a business lawyer with German and international degrees, additionally he studied history and ethnology within a European program. He is native speaker of German and Turkish, additionally he is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French and Russian. 

Together with his wife and daughter, Armagan is living in the Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany.
