The meaning of diversity

“Diversity” takes its literal meaning from difference or variety. But what it really means deep down is appreciation. By viewing differences as sources of strength and value, a company opens up new opportunities for itself. After all, being different and acting “out of the norm” can broaden our horizons and make innovation possible. Of course, for that to happen, diversity must be viewed not as a necessary evil, but rather as an opportunity for a wide range of skills and abilities. Employees valued in this way feel better and are more productive.
