Philipp Sturm is a Partner at DEININGER CONSULTING and a member of the firm´s global Industrial & Life Science Practices. With over two decades in the search business, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
Philipp´s solid background and broad experience as a search consultant in the relevant sectors allow him to serve national and international clients ranging from medium-sized businesses to companies of global reach and private equity firms with activities in the automotive, industrial and life science marketplaces.
His credo: transparency and reliability are key to great relationship with decision makers.
With a proven track record in recruiting and assessing for international and domestic roles on the general management and senior executive level, Philipp has also successfully worked on search assignments for almost all corporate functions and has helped clients to attract even complete teams.
Before returning to his search business alma mater – DEININGER CONSULTING - he was co-head of the Global Automotive Practice of another international executive search firm, Partner with the world´s sixth largest fully integrated search firm, led the German operations of the fastest growing mid-sized US-American search firm and acted as EMEA Sector Leader with the world´s largest human capital solutions company.
