Her industry focus is consumer goods, chemistry and life science (biotech). In addition, she has many years of experience in private equity & venture capital as well as accounting firms. Until she started her career in HR consulting and organizational development, she worked in international sales and marketing of an global chemical and construction group and subsequently in a consulting service for personnel and organizational development. 

With her passion and holistic approach, she finds sustainable solutions for her clients, knows what distinguishes executives and how to increase diversity and change in organizations.
